The Real Thing
Single tooth

Case A
Individual missing teeth are simply replaced with an implant without involving any adjacent teeth
Case B
Case C

Loosing a front tooth can be devastating to anyone, but perhaps more so to a 20 yr old female.

An implant avoids the embarrassment of wearing a denture and gives her a confident happy smile.

Multiple teeth

Case A

The front teeth had to be removed when a bridge failed
Case B
Two implants were placed to create an implant supported bridge.
Case C
After reluctantly wearing a denture for many years, this lady decided to make a change and have her missing front and side teeth replaced with implants.

All Teeth

Case A
Anchor attachments on two implants placed in lower jaw
Custom made lower denture which will attach to the anchors
Smile with confidence

Complex Cases

Case A

A severely neglected dentition in a 40 yr old, needed careful planning to restore. All the upper teeth and three lower teeth were removed. Gum treatment, a combination of crowns and veneers on the lower teeth and multiple implants were planned.

Multiple implants were placed with bone augmentation and sinus grafting to recreate the patients’ confident smile
Case B

A cricket ball hit to the mouth caused multiple fractures of the front teeth. Existing spaces between the teeth were unaesthetic to the patient.
An implant is placed after removal of the unsaveable tooth. Veneers close the gaps between the lower teeth after whitening the whole smile.

A crown and veneers realigns teeth and closes the gaps   Ready to play cricket again …. with a gum shield !
